Happy Friday! It's not so happy for me unfortunately, as I'm heading off to an exam, but I hope everyone else is having a great day.
This week's question: What book series do you think would make a better TV show than movie?
Personally, I think the Darkest Powers and Darkness Rising trilogies would fit the bill (I know I talk about this series a lot, but I recently just re-read it and was just thinking that it would make a great TV show). And no matter how badly they screwed it up, I'd still watch every minute (and buy the seasons on Blu-ray).
What about you guys? Let me know!

I LOVE the Darkest Powers trilogy (haven't read Darkness Rising). Yes...I would totally watch that show. It would be super creepy, but also intriguing in plot and characters.

I have actually never read any of those books, but I find that it is better to have TV shows rather than movies for books like that. It keeps the fans interested and content.

I really enjoyed the Darkest Powers trilogy and would be totally up for it as a TV show. I love Derek. I think I might have to reread this series and remind myself how wonderful it is too.

Haha! Nice! I agree whole-heartedly! I loooove Kelley's books and I think her YA series could make a great TV show! With 6 books that's easily 6 series! Maybe even throw in the serial novellas she does too!
